How to Apply for Apple Card
To apply for the Apple credit card, you can go to the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap on the “plus” symbol. Select Apple Credit and continue the process. Note that you must be logged in to iCloud using your Apple ID.
Then, fill in the form with your first and last name, home and/or correspondence address, country of citizenship, last four digits of your SSN, and your income per year. Your annual income should include anything provable, such as self-employment income, dividends, retirement income, etc. Next, you must accept the terms and conditions to send the application to Goldman Sachs for approval.
If you’re approved for the Apple credit card, you’ll receive more information with the APR and other details and the limit of the credit. You’ll have up to 30 days to accept or decline the offer. In the meantime, your credit score won’t be affected.
Once you have accepted your Apple Card, you can start using it via Apple Pay. For transactions outside the Apple universe, you must use the physical Apple credit card that you can order. Note that the issuer, Goldman Sachs, might ask for additional details before approving your applications.

Who is Eligible
The eligibility criteria are in line with those of other credit cards across the United States. Accordingly, here is what you need to know.
- At least 18 years of age, depending on the state you live in
- You must be a US citizen or a valid US resident with a physical home address (PO boxes are not accepted)
- An iPhone with the latest iOS version installed
- Apple ID with two-factor authentication
- Active iCloud via Apple ID
- No freeze on your credit report
- A photo ID or a valid driver license for the identity verification
Fees and Interest
The Apple credit card comes with no fees whatsoever. It’s among the few credit cards in the market to sport this excellent feature. On the other hand, the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), varies between 12.99% and 23.99%, depending on your credit history, annual income, and other factors.
